  • How do I create a Cazio account?Account
Open the sign-up window from the top bar: username (3 to 20 characters: unaccented letters, digits and underscore), email address, password of at least 10 characters, date of birth (18 or older) and acceptance of the terms. To deposit and withdraw, then turn on two-factor authentication from My account → Security, with an authenticator app: no code is sent by email.
  • Can I change my username?Account
Your username is chosen at sign-up and can't be changed on the site. If it matters to you, open a ticket from the contact section of the Help page.
  • Where are my balances and history stored?Account
On the server, linked to your account: balances, bet and transaction history, favorites, responsible gaming settings. They follow you from one device to another as soon as you sign in. Only a few display preferences stay in your browser.
  • How do I protect my account?Account
Choose a long password used only for Cazio, and turn on two-factor authentication (authenticator app) from the Account page. That page also lists your open sessions: close any you don't recognize. Cazio will never ask for your password by email or by message.
  • How do I close my account or have my data deleted?Account
First withdraw your remaining balance, then open a ticket from the contact section of the Help page. Some data (transactions, bets, identity checks) must be kept for the period required by law; the Privacy page details what is kept and why.
  • How do I contact support?Account
From the contact section of the Help page, once signed in: choose a category and describe your request. Your tickets and support's replies appear in the same place, and you can reply in turn. You can also write to [email protected].
  • What currency does Cazio use?Deposits & withdrawals
USDT (Tether), a digital token pegged to the US dollar: roughly 1 USDT for 1 dollar. Balances, bets and wins are all in USDT. The euro equivalent shown next to them is just a guide, calculated with the day's euro/dollar rate: there is no euro account.
  • How do I deposit?Deposits & withdrawals
In the wallet, Deposit tab: enter an amount in USDT, then open the payment page of the provider OxaPay. There you pay with the cryptocurrency of your choice, which is converted into USDT. Your balance is credited as soon as the provider confirms the payment; Cazio adds no deposit fee. The minimum and maximum amounts per deposit are shown in the tab.
  • My deposit hasn't been credited: what should I do?Deposits & withdrawals
Crediting follows the provider's payment confirmation, from a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the network; you can track each deposit in “My deposits”. If the amount received doesn't match the invoice, the deposit goes “under review” and the team handles it manually. If nothing moves, open a ticket (Wallet and payments category) giving the invoice reference.
  • How do I withdraw my winnings?Deposits & withdrawals
Withdraw tab: choose the network (Tron, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana or Polygon), the amount and the destination USDT address. The amount, the network fees and the 2% service fee are debited right away; the team reviews the request, then the transfer goes out on the blockchain. While the request is pending, you can cancel it: the amount and fees are then returned to you.
  • What are the withdrawal fees?Deposits & withdrawals
Two fees, shown before you confirm: the fee of the chosen network (the cost of sending on the blockchain, for example 1 USDT on Tron) and a service fee of 2% of the requested amount, rounded up to the next cent. For 100 USDT withdrawn on Tron, 103 USDT are debited and 100 USDT arrive at your address. If the withdrawal is canceled, rejected or fails, everything is returned to you, fees included. The “Max” button calculates the largest amount your balance covers, fees included.
  • What are the conditions for withdrawing?Deposits & withdrawals
Two-factor authentication turned on for your account (a code from your app is required for every withdrawal); having wagered a multiple of your deposits (the exact rule is shown in the Withdraw tab); and an amount between the minimum and maximum per withdrawal. These rules protect players and prevent the site from being used to launder money; if in doubt, the team may ask you for information before sending a withdrawal.
  • What happens if I get the address or network wrong?Deposits & withdrawals
A blockchain transfer is final: Cazio can neither cancel nor recover it. The form checks that the address is well-formed for the chosen network, but not that it belongs to you or that your wallet accepts this network. Check both before confirming.
  • What is rakeback?Deposits & withdrawals
The site's only reward: every settled bet, won or lost, gives you back a share of the game's house edge. This share grows with your total amount wagered, from 5% (Bronze) to 20% (Obsidian) of the edge. Rakeback accumulates with every bet and can be claimed from one cent on the Rewards page: it is paid to your balance, with no wagering requirement. There are no deposit bonuses, no promo codes and no free money.
  • Why is a euro equivalent shown?Deposits & withdrawals
It's a reading aid, calculated with the day's rate. Responsible gaming limits, on the other hand, are expressed in euros so that their value does not depend on market movements, whatever the playing currency.
  • What games does Cazio offer?Games
Twenty-one in-house games, the Cazio Originals: Dice, Limbo, Coin Flip, Hi-Lo, Mines, Keno, Wheel, Crash, Plinko, Blackjack, Video Poker, Snake, Roulette, Diamonds, Baccarat, Chicken, Pump, Tower, Darts, Cases and Miracle Catch (a slot with free spins). The server computes every draw. There are no games from partner studios.
  • What does the RTP shown on a game page mean?Games
It is the game's own theoretical return to player over a very large number of rounds: 99% for the in-house games, i.e. a 1% house edge; in Blackjack (99.43%) and Video Poker (99.54%), this rate assumes the best possible strategy; European Roulette returns 97.3% (a single zero), Diamonds 98.79%, Baccarat 98.94% on the Banker, 98.77% on the Player and 85.88% on the Tie. It applies BEFORE the 10% commission the house takes on the profit of winning bets: what you actually get back is therefore lower, all the more so when you aim for big multipliers. Over a few dozen rounds, the gap from these rates can be huge in either direction.
  • Why is my win lower than bet × multiplier?Games
Because the house keeps 10% of the profit on each winning bet: you receive your stake plus 90% of what the game makes you win beyond it, rounded down to the cent. Example: 10 USDT bet at ×2 gives 20 USDT in game winnings, i.e. 10 USDT of profit; you receive 19 USDT. A lost bet, or one that pays no more than the stake, pays no commission. The “net win if you win” and the cash-out button already show the amount after commission, and each bet's details show the commission taken.
  • What are the bet and win limits?Games
Each game has a minimum and a maximum bet, shown under the game area in the active currency, and a maximum win per bet: a payout that would exceed this cap (after commission) is reduced to the cap. These limits are set by Cazio and may change; a bet outside them is refused before being played.
  • What is the bet panel's auto mode for?Games
It chains rounds according to your settings: number of rounds, bet adjustment after a win or a loss, stop on a profit or loss target. It doesn't change the odds at all; it just saves you clicking.
  • How should I read a game's volatility?Games
Low means small, frequent wins; extreme means rare, very big wins. Two games with the same RTP can have opposite volatilities and feel completely different.
  • How are results drawn?Games
By our server, with a cryptographic generator, never by your browser: what you see on screen is the result the server recorded. Every bet stays in your history with its stake, its result and the amount paid; if in doubt, open a ticket with the bet reference.
  • What data does Cazio collect?Security & data
Those of your account: username, email, password (stored as a hash, never in plain text), date of birth, balances, bets and transactions, chat messages (kept for 7 days) and support tickets. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no advertising trackers and no audience measurement.
  • What are the chat rules?Security & data
Messages of 200 characters maximum, one message every 2 seconds, no HTML tags, no links (even disguised), no duplicates within 30 seconds. A player can be muted: they can still read the chat. Never share personal information in a public chat.
  • Why does raising a limit take 24 hours?Security & data
It's a cooling-off delay: lowering or creating a limit takes effect immediately, but raising or removing it only takes effect after 24 hours, to avoid a decision made in the middle of a session. The current limit applies until then, and you can cancel the request at any time.
  • Is the site only for people aged 18 and over?Security & data
Yes. Cazio offers gambling: it is intended for people aged 18 and over, and only where online gambling is allowed. It's up to you to check the rules in your country before playing.
  • How do I take a break or self-exclude?Security & data
The Responsible gaming page offers deposit, bet and loss limits (per day, week or month), a cooling-off break from 1 hour to 1 week, self-exclusion from 1 month to permanent, and a playing-time reminder. The break and self-exclusion can be neither shortened nor lifted before they end.
